to those of u who know ive been struggling with talking to my mom about getting thearpy for myself, i did it
IM GETTING THERAPY!!!
the sad part is that she doesnt remember the "incident"
its hurts that she doesnt remember and i cant go thru telling her again
so i guess o well
anywho im gonna get therapy!!
thanks to carol and cloud strife and Loraa and everyone else that i didnt metion that i have talked to because you all helped me and im actually happy right now which is making me cry!!

yah, I'm happy for you. When I went to therapy I avoided subjects, because I didn't want to cry in front of anyone and I lied and made things seem better than they were. Really huge wast of time. Most therapists are easy to talk to, but mine was a school conslier still in traing.

oh yea be proud of your self for telling your mom, that's really hard, now is the easy part, telling her about the incident, you should bring her with you one day and tell in front of your therapist.

i'm proud of you, taking a step to recovery. i know what you mean about the mom thing, though. my mom has totally forgotten of my time with cutting, and she doesn't even bother being sensitive to my already overly emotionally feelings. oh well, we can help ourselves.
