Depression Supporters Support Group
This community is dedicated to spouses, children, relatives, co-workers and others who are actively supporting someone suffering from depression or other serious mental illness. Depression can bring about intense sadness, melancholia or despair that has advanced to the point of being disruptive, which can have a grave impact on the ability of others trying to help.
Granted, you probably will have some obstacles and it may not be easy breezy in the beginning to adjust to the new routine, but if you can go in knowing that, I think it'll make it easier. If it makes you less nervous to do this, try making a secret promise with yourself that "I'll give this six months to see how it goes and to adjust." hopefully after six months you would have adjusted and begin to feel less anxious about it. But it might help you going into it knowing you have made a contract with yourself and have an escape clause should the change cause more bad than good. But give it a shot!
Good luck!
