I recently just posted a few hours ago with similar concerns. I totally understand how you feel. Although my BF didn't quit his job, he used to sleep all day. And I mean come home from his job at 3:30pm, and sleep until 5:30am the next morning in which he needed to get up for work again. He was skipping meals, showering, literally everything, to sleep. It took two years, not to discourage you, but my BF is finally starting to get a little bit better, day by day. Although the medicine does help, I've noticed the real change started when he started going to therapy weekly. He tried two therapists that didn't fit and was very discouraged, and then eventually found the right male therapist, in which they just click! It makes all the difference! If this therapist is not the right one for your husband, do not feel as if you're at a dead end! It may take two, maybe even three therapists until he finds the right one. But I promise he will! If you ever want to talk do not hesitate to contact!
