Have anyone experience overwhelming grief and anxiety of everday life and living around not so nice people. Besides medicine and therapy what do you suggest to do.

depression is a serious illness. I am surprised that there is
so little information and support in the depression groups
Are people just doing really well or are they not expressing themselves?
Question: What does your depression look like. Is it big small? What shape and color is it? Take a moment to envision what it looks like. You can also think about what if feels like. Is it hot, cold? Does it have sharp or rounded edges or is it smooth.
Mine is big, orange and red, It feels cold and is very flat,
How about you?

    After work, I am taking a defensive driver course today.  It is online and only cost $10 and it may save me as much as $300 on my car insurance.  I got the information from my car insurance company.  Little known fact about me is that I drive with two feet.
