Effective treatments for reducing your risk for strokes include taking baby aspirin, daily. Baby aspirin of 81mg is said to be just as effective at reducing your risk for many problems as the adult dose of 325mg, except it will give you less side effects. Aspirin has also recently been found to help with dementia. Aspirin does this by preventing blood clots from forming, and maybe other reasons.

I have no idea, and will never know if any of this will help, but it makes me feel like I'm more in charge of my future than if I sat back and waited to lose it all.
