I also injured myself in aquatherapy. Going into the pool was the worst thing I could have done, but the pain mgt. doctor ordered it so I had to do it. After I hurt myself, I refused to go anymore! I couldn't even walk back & forth in the water without pain.
Since it's been 3 weeks, you need to tell someone! And since your primary is taking care of you, I guess it has to be her. Like I said, it's too bad if she's upset ~ it's not like you did this on purpose. She has no reason to stop treating you!!! But you should see if you've done further damage.
