Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) Support Group
Deep-vein thrombosis, also known as deep-venous thrombosis or DVT, is the formation of a blood clot ("thrombus") in a deep vein. It can be caused by something preventing blood from circulating or clotting normally. Join the support group if you are coping with DVT and find others who are going through the same challenges.
I'm 8 years post DVT and have been wearing compression stockings ever since. I tried the cotton athletic ones for a while, but found their support wore off pretty quickly.
If you sit a lot and want good compression, I'd definitely recommend the jobst ones still. Maybe even trying out the firm support instead of the 20-30 mg (felt considerably more relief after I made the switch).

Let me know what you end up choosing!
I think I'll stick with the jobst. I currently buy the jobst relief are the extra firm the same or is that another type of jobst
Thank you
