Looks good Tom!
I saw one typo on page 17 where "of" is written instead of "or". Its the 4th line down on section a) PTS. The document is very well written and easy to understand.

I love this document and would have loved to have had it when I was diagnosed. I saw one other type - on Pg 4. "sometimes clots "from" s/b "form.
