Just making sure that Lovenox doesn't keep me away from all those things that coumadin did.

I'm on daily injections of lovenox for the next 9 mos (for my new baby!) and I'm really craving some cranberry juice!

I eat dried cranberries on my cereal every morning when I was on Lovenox and now that I'm on coumadin. I haven't had any problems.

I haven't had to change any eating habits with my Lovenox. Eat freely! Congrats on the baby!

I know on Coumadin they say not to drink Cranberry juice. I surpesses the effect of coumadin.

Both coumadin and lovenox are blood thinners. I would think that a change in diet that results in more vitamin K would have the same effect for both.

This is a question for your doctor. I love cranberries, too! Good luck and let us know what the doctor says.
