I did meet someone having problems with INR when brand was changed recently.

I seem to be stable and hopefully will go off on Nov1st.

I can see this being fun. Insurance companies want you to go generic for the costs. I've had this same issue with Synthroid. The dosage is so tiny (in *micro* grams) that the difference between brands can seriously impact the actual dosage. I've had to fight with my insurance company multiple times because they want to do me a "favor" and reduce my costs by giving me generics. Even when my doctor wrote DAW (dispense as written) on them!
