Right now, I'm noticing everything..and new things keep happening..and it seems that none of this was happening before my "July 2012" diagnosis or maybe I overlooked it then and am focusing now..
Anyway, when I have a question or concern and someone has an answer or suggestion or others experience it too, it kinda makes it an "exhale" moment...
My biggest adjustment is eating less per meal and having less energy than before..not fatigue or anything but a weaker feeling..less energy but with the same amount of responsibilities. Energy management is what I am learning...I take more breaks now and look forward to them...and enjoy them!!! :) Been needing that for some years!!
So I try to see the upside in the new lifestyle..I've dropped a couple of clothing sizes so I'm shopping at the thrift store for pants that fit! It's cheap, fun, and rewarding..and it's not mandatory or crowded ..and I find some cute stuff!!
Scooby Doo, I went through the painful and hard to get much done when I went through Rita and since I was 'asked' to move back in November and having friends makes all the difference when your having a difficult time in life. Scooby, you have character to share your heart when you have this much difficulty to go through and yet you are willing to share what your going through when your physically able to do so.
Because the weather was so great this morning, nice and cool, I have far more energy and with the time change for the better, I felt so much better with the weather change, Thank you for posting Release!
I'm down here in S.C. where we made it into the 70's today! I dearly love the snow but we don't see much of it. Thanks so much for posting and please give us another chance. We will be here for you!
