Thanks Lost for the information. At least I am not alone and now I know why I have diabetes... not enough sleep LOL.. Yea.. thats it.. hahaha... dont *I* wish.
Lost, I am so glad to hear from you. I was kind of worried. I know you were tired, like me only you are able to sleep whereas I am not. Most people have a higher reading in the morning and go down during the day. Have you talked to your doctor yet about getting on some metformin? What have your numbers been lately? Maybe if you could swim again, it would help... do you think? I know I know... sometimes it is just impossible to drag yourself out of bed... but you will feel so much better afterwards...
But there were long periods of tme when I lived on only a few hours night after night - busy social life AND a fulltime job. Maybe that coupled with the family history does explain things a lot.
I remember those days when I was younger and worked full time and partied the rest.... I didnt sleep much then either.. but it was because I didnt want to.. not because I couldnt :)
Aahh.. poor Hope. Something must have happened to her in the dark. You never know what makes them think the way they do when you dont have them from little puppies. How about you put a light on in your bedroom. would she be better then?
