I found a lovely tree-lined street in Greenwich Village with very few restaurants in the area. There's a vacant lot and thought maybe we could buy it and build to our specifications (no it will not look like a carrot)

Wait till you see the celery dancing with the carrot. It'll be so great, we'll have to have outdoor dining and/or an outside take-out because people will be hanging out there.,

Lesa - be sure you train Hope not to bark when he is dancing. Will he be on all fours or on his hind legs ?

We can't open the restaurant until its built and we have all our employees in place. Nobody where are you ?
