NO TACO BELL, NO KFC, NO BROWN RATS. Basically, a historical part of NY with lots of town houses, cute shops, restaurants and tree lined streets. The people who live there are usually wealthy and trendy. however, I think diabetes is all over and if we are successful, our reputation will abound and people will come from all over.

Incidentally, I think we should have outdoor dining in the summer. NOW, we have to choose a color scheme for the restaurant. It can either be colorful or very simple and elegant like black, gray & white.

Chesty, since you are CEO, how much do you think we can afford for the lot ?

Don't think we'd need that much for the property - remember we still have to have the building constructed. And we need money to buy furniture, food, pay me, etc, ;-)

Oooooh - that reminds me of a restaurant I was in in California. It was built around a large tree and it was gorgeous Sounds good to me.

I had a lietenant from New York when I was in Vietnam.
He was going to lead us on a jungle patrol or as it was called walk point.
I told him to let me walk point.
There was no way in hell this country boy would let somone who had never seen a tree lead him thru the jungle :-))

Outdoor dining is always a treat. I love to take Hope to our restaurants Downtown in pretty weather. So many people adore their animals these days and let them tag along for outdoor dining.

As I type this I'm looking at a tree - so be it !
