The restaurant is just about complete - now we have to buy furniture and find the best food suppliers. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I will never be a bottle washer and dont forget it. The saying is Chief Cook and Bottle Washer. I am not a cook - I am a Chef. That means I am a champagne glass washer - hehe

It always pays to know how to sling a few dishes . I've seen restaurants grind to a halt when the dish machine went down or the dishwashers didn't show up for their shift. We may all get a little practice with them. We'll save all the champagne glasses for Unicorn.

if we a serving lots of courses how is our chef going to be able to cook and wash the dishes especially since she is doing it by hand
how many waiters are we employing one for every 5 tables I think!

Lost & Chesty - I am a multi-tasker and can do almost anything - we WILL have a dishwasher. And we will have one waiter/waitress for 4 tables - only the best service in our restaurant.
