No I get sick of people assuming that because I am large that I eat like a pig. And yes we live next door to a place that has them so I have first-hand experience of how they eat - LOL - talk about gross.... Sorry got off the topic there...........
I have been checked and rechecked - no to thyroid (so they say).
No I am not on insulin and my dr is not putting me on it for that very reason even though my levels say I should be as I am not able to take the oral meds that work for me because of side effects.
Bitter? Maybe.
Frustrated? YES
I think that the wieght is one battle I might just need to give up and concentrate on things that I have a chance of improving like my sugar levels and my BP.
One chip? Amazing.... I have never done that in my life. One cookie? Yes sometimes - certainly can stop at a few of them - but not the chips............... Best for me to buy a small bag - or have several people to help out......... like my DH and the dogs.
I was never like that, I was always thin but I always was very active physically. I think other then getting older that is the biggest change in my life. Well we wil see once I have the surgery again..
I could not eat one chip ever. My daughter always ate them and I was always going after some cause I knew they were here. Somethingmake you want them..all of them....
