Just as not all skinny people are anorexic or bilemic.
I know if we don't eat our stomach shrinks and then we eat less and less.Soon you don't want to eat and later I guess you can't eat.
Thank goodness it is over with.
Hath, I have gained a few pounds this year and I think it is cause I lack the exercise I used to do. I know I don't eat differently and it is only not wal;king in the pool and swiming that I sort of let go..
I have never been over weuht and I find it very difficult to deal with the added pounds. Clothes too tight, bras too tight,I hate it and having a hard time getting it off now.
Wish it were different but it isn't. I have tried most every diet that is even halfway healthy and end up putting it all and more back if I do lose any weight. And that we are told is worse than not losing it in the first place.
I just can't win for trying it seems. I exercise as much as I can but nothing works for me at this point.
It's 1am, I think I will sleep on it.
I can see you like to eat and enjoy your foods but we can't do that, we just can't.You may never get tiny but you can drop weight. You just really have to look at what your putting in your mouth and be honest with yourself. Because most of us aren't, we cheat here and there, we say we don't but we do. You start writing down everything you put in your mouth and I mean everything!!!!! And at the end of a few days you will see what your doing without even realizing it. It helps really.
Whether we are thin, trying to gain or overweight and trying to lose, it just seems like it is a lifelong battle for so many of us...
