1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp black pepper
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 lb manicotti pasta
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and diced
6 oz reduced-fat Mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided

How many portions is this - the manicotti has a huge amount of carbs.

I'M NOT SURE; THIS IS AN OLDER RECIPE GIVEN TO ME, NEVER PREPARED. WHERE ARE YOU SEEING THE CARBS? THERE ARE A.L.W.A.Y.S. SUBSTITUTES FOR CERTAIN INGREDIENTS OR STUFF THAT CAN BE ELIMINATED ALTOGETHER WITHOUT HURTING THE RECIPE.

It sounds like heaven to me! I love Manicotti! Thanks for sharing this Gene. I will be trying it soon. I'll come and break you out of there and we'll have lunch!

The carbs are in the manicotti - 31 carbs, to me, are very high for one dish. AND its probably a small portion.
