I dont have high blood pressure, myself, but I know so many that do. I think it would be such a wonderful thing to be able to lower blood pressure and save so many people from taking so many meds for years and years.

Yes, I have the high blood pressure and there are some Vitamins which have helped me, but the drugs don't stop this to a large extent, but this only means that as long as I don't have them, my blood pressure will force docs to give me pressure to take lots of bad and dangerous drugs for my health, I like the safe ones more. I am learning why some who seemed to know best had problems with there health, since they couldn't afford the safe pills. Well, I am looking forward to having my blood pressure of 110-120 over 60-80 or to be more simple, as I have thought was the case before I read the pamphlet that diabetics should not think of the normal 'high blood pressure' of 140/90, but for them, it should be below 130/80.

That's why the experts were so 'concerned' about my health and drinking coffee, I could get plenty of sleep and get nothing done during the day except eat, and management complains with my messy place so I must drink it to clean up before the inspection comes. I am not saying drinking tons of caffeine is doing all good, but to place blame for all medical ills is as bad, they are constantly changing there views as data is constantly coming in, I enjoy being tired all day as much as others do it seems.

I agree, as with everything else.. first it is good for you and then it isnt.. you just dont know what to do anymore.

Actually between those extremes, its a cure all to it will kill you is the other way they have, its useless. First its a cure-all, then its useless and then it will kill you and then the facts come out, but I am not totally sure about the order this goes in at this time.

I think you are right Vernon.. I think it is a cure all, then it is useless and then it will kill you. At least that is the order that came when I took the phen phen drug.
