I don;t know anyone who could or would be happy on this diet for long
maybe the weekend you can have a change to boiled chicken and cottage cheese

I did miss the post Lesa, Thank-you for calling and sharing! Is that a Transfat laden meal with brown food coloring? LOL! What me worry? I have heard that too little of the right fats and ditto for carbs is also a bad thing for health.

I found out what company makes the New York Jewish Rye bread is supposed to be available at my bread store, I called to compliment them on something I love, the cinnamon and raisen bread and since I was on the phone, there toll free number, I mentioned the high fiber bread I love to get when I am able to do so.

It's How Now Brown Cow, which is supposed to teach someone to use there mouth properly for being an actor or at least give a speach, I don't know these things although I saw it on a cartoon I believe.

Only had half the calf before finding the brown cow . Now I'm looking for a fat rat to bake. How much of this can we take before discovering the fat rake is fake?

I am not sure if you meant this, but I am reminded of the song from the early or middle 1980's which was supposed to sound like it was from the 1930's to the late 1940's although I am not exactly sure what it sounds like although it was a great song for sure.
