I have had severe Vertigo / Dizziness for a long time and it has been horrible. It has created this Panic / Fear in me that I cannot seem to control. I feel like I am trapped inside my house and when I do attempt to drive it's only a block or 2 from home. Some days are ok and I can manage to drive only these short distances, but if I turn my head the wrong way or too fast, the vertigo kicks in and to make it worse the panic attacks, shaking, rapid heartbeat, needing to pull over and can't because of traffic, this even happens when I attemp to go to a store to shop that is close to home, while walking around, if I move my head too fast, in an instant my balance is off, it
had really caused me so much trouble. I really don't go anywhere because I won't go alone. My husband doesn't have a clue of why this happens and I have tried to explain it but he just ignores me. He works alot so I spend alot of time at home. We he isn't working, he wants to stay home and I voice strongly that I want to get out of the house, he usually just goes to sleep and then when he wakes up it's too late. Does anyone have any opinions on how I can get some help for this. I get so tired of feeling trapped inside these four walls

men are usually clueless I know my husband tell me all the time it is all i n your head....so I don't share my feelings that much with him. If I am really stressed I will get light headiness and feel like I am about to faint.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
