So things are sort of slow.. I was thinking to get some fun in here. What are some of the most (fill in blank here) your pet has done?
Here is something for each of mine - from oldest to youngest.
Shaman (horse, 16 years old) is the most GOOFY critter. He is known for his dork antics. The one that springs to the front of my mind is that though he is fearless in the face of fireworks, medieval knights in armor, mounted archery and other horse eating things, his true nemesis in life are rocks. That is right folks, my big horse is TERRIFIED of landscaping rocks!!! Sigh.
Mercutio (ferret, 7 years old) ah this boy is the most COMPUTER LITERATE critter!! A small boy, Merc has learned how to bring up web browsers on all three of the computers in the house. Yup, he is plotting to take over the world!!
Mouse (ferret, 6 1/2 years old) is the MOST CUNNING critter!! Mouse has learned how to pull the dryer vent hose from the wall so she can go outside to play. It scares the flock out of me when she gets outside.
Panda (ferret, 6 years old) is the SNEAKIEST critter!! This sweet girl who will give kisses when held, will hide under bookcases for DAYS sneaking about at night to drink and feed out of the dogs' dishes. I thought for sure she was GONE when the dogs found her dashing from one room to another - the dogs play with the ferrets without hurting them.
Firefly (horse, 5 1/2 years) This bouncy mare is the FASTEST critter I own. She does not like to have other horses in front of her when we are out on trails. Not usually allowed to run on trails, she has learned to speed walk to be able to catch up and overtake other groups when we are out and about.
Bucky (dog, 4 years) is the runner up for dork, so we will call him the most SPOILED of my critters. This beautiful boy spends his nights sleeping next to me at night. Usually his pillow is my arm with my other arm wrapped about him.
Sansa (dog, 3 years) this is my demon child. This little rescue toy poodle/yorkie mix is four pounds of pure evil. She will pounce you when your are sleeping to get you to play with her. She will ricochet off my butt as I walk in hopes of making me go faster. She will drag the bigger dogs around the living room by their tails!!!
Misha (dog, 18 months) this big baby is the BIGGEST LAPDOG ever!! Weighing in at just under 100lbs, Misha claims new people in her life, even if they are only in her life for a day, by laying in their laps. She can also be found on my lap constantly.. ug

I invited Bill to have dinner with me last Sunday. He wasn't willing to drive 7 hours to mid Michigan and teased me with his beautiful ribs!!! So, of course I ate alone and had cedar salmon

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
I just have Tucker and Shep....Shep is a very good watch dog....he is in and out the doggie door constantly at any little noise...he also shredded all furniture in the old house living room....and several other things since then....but he is never punished because he was abused before I got him due to his hyper nature...
Tucker is the big old softy....he is the best rescue dog anyone could ever find...I drove 638miles round trip to Fayetteville Arkansas to get him from pound....he is never in trouble....and there are times when he likes to start small with whine that then grows into screaming cries of unknown origins....and times he just starts barking for five mins at time....but he loves everyone and is great with other dogs too...I take him to restaurants where there is outdoor seating that he can sit with others for our food....here that is legal in St. Louis city for pets in outdoor dining areas...
