Update on Login and Password Issues

Hello DailyStrength Community,


We wanted to give you a quick update on where things stand with the log in and password issues.  While we have fixed many of the issues, we are aware that some members are still unable to sign into their accounts. Fixing the login/password issues are our number one priority and please know we are working around the clock to fix this.  There is nothing more important than making sure that all DailyStrength members can access their accounts. We will notify you when the login issues have been fixed.


We know that some of you have created new accounts just to connect with your friends and access the site, but please be assured that when you can get back into your account you will have all of your friends, support groups etc there for you.  


Thanks for your continued patience while we fix these login issues and bugs, and continue to make improvements to the site.  We cannot thank you enough for being a part of this community.

Thank you very much! Please update this as you make progress. Many users who have been locked out from DS over this issue have friends here who are watching out for them. As soon as these "watchers" see word of progress they will contact their friends (via phone, email, facebook, etc) to let them know they can try to log on again.

Is there a list of devices that will not be supported? If that is the case then adding that information to this post would help. Also, to all of you "watchers" out there, please consider asking your friends what device they are trying to log on using and posting it here. That may help the development team sort things out!

A list of Operating Systems that may cause performance or log in issues may be helpful. Or at least of Operating Systems known to work well with the new DS for desktop and laptop users.

Operating Systems shouldn't make a difference. Web browsers would be the only thing that matters.

Good point. There are some operating systems that do may not support the new browsers, but it is more helpful to identify the preferred browsers.

Yes I wondered why I was putting in my password and still couldn't get in to my account. I was beginning to think it was me!
