If I put someone on ignore - and check both private and public ignore - should I be able to see their comments in the member group discussions?
I don't mean the discussions on the main board - but the ones that are started by members.
Some members in a member group want to ignore each other - but they're having trouble making that feature work in the discussions.

What is the ignore option?
The ignore feature allows you to stop seeing the discussion posts and discussion comments of any member you choose to ignore.
How do I ignore a member?
To ignore a DailyStrength member, go to their Profile page, and click "Ignore Member" under their main photo. You can also ignore a member right from the discussion boards. There is an "Ignore" link under the user's avatar, or you can hold your mouse over their avatar, and click "Ignore User" from the window that pops up.
How do I stop ignoring a member?
To stop ignoring a DailyStrength member, go to their Profile page, and click "Stop Ignoring" under their main photo.
What happens when I ignore another member?
After you have selected to ignore a member, you will no longer be able to see any discussion posts or discussion comments they write. The only way you will be able to view their discussion posts is if you click on a link from within the Recent Activity section of their Profile page.
Members that you ignore can still give you hugs, send you messages, and comment on your photos and journal entries unless you have checked the "Private Messages" ignore as well.
Can I ignore my friends?
No. Currently you can only ignore members that are not your friends.
Also.....Vet......you can ignore a friend (some friend).............I know this as I have a "friend" who has me (and several others) on Ignore...................so....it must be a BUG in the DS system..cause it can be done.
Wow .. that doesn't seem right at all. I will ask DS about it .. if I can get an answer.

I will send you a PM on the "Ignored Friend"...........but not so sure I want it fixed..........I mean , I can see everything HE does.........his journals, photos, posts, etc.....and I can make any comment I want , and send him any kind of hug I want.......and he never sees them.............LOL. Its kinda fun sometimes:):)
What if DS "fixed" that and all of a sudden all my stuff came through?????? Man ......would I be in trouble then.............LOL
And it was reported to DS - by several people but while that person has not gone I know that it is still the situation for others who have people on ignore - just another glitch!?!?!?
PROBABLY .. one problem is CLs cannot use IGNORE feature .. so I am not familiar with its behavior/misbehavior.
I guess best to report, report, report.
