Hi! i'm posting a message, for our dear friend Jasmine (JasmineRenee) :) She asked me if i could post here, for her. Jasmine mentioned, she's been unable to log onto DS, when she signs in, it doesn't let her. her username is JasmineRenee. i was wondering, if anyone could help her with this issue? Thank you for reading :)

Hi , just an update here. Jasmine texted me. She said, when she tries to log in, it takes her back to the main DS page, like it directs her back to the main page. She said this, "the log in is unsucessful, and takes me back to the homepage"

From the DS HELP page:

"Why can't I login?
Most login issues can be resolved by checking the following:
If you just registered, have you confirmed your account?
Are you certain that you're entering the correct email address (or username) and password? Note: please remember that passwords are CaSe SeNsItIvE.
Are you using a supported browser?
Have you tried deleting your browser's cookies?
Have you tried having a new password issued?
If you still can't sign in, please let us know."

Thank you so much. i will share the information with my friend Jasmine :) hoping she will be able to log in soon, she misses DS, and hopes to be back soon. :)
She's been under the weather lately, and not feeling too well. i am sure she will be very happy to be back online.

Chris, instead of using her username try using her email address with password. That is how I have to login. Will not let me use my username for some reason.

Yep. I've had that same experience. Won't let me sign in using my username.

In Chrome. FireFox lets me. I use Autofill in both.
I can't remember how it works on Opera.

Apart from what has already been suggested, she could try different browsers. And there is also a box to 'login with facebook' - make sure she is using the DS login not the FB one.

thanks everyone! very much appreciated. sharing your tips with Jasmine :) she's gonna try to use different computer, and also gonna try directly to sign onto DS, other than her facebook account. i appreciate everyone writing :)
