Welcome! This community exists for DailyStrength members to have a place to share thoughts and feedback about the site with the folks that run DailyStrength. Today, we have launched a release which includes bug fixes and new features to improve the site.
Sharecare Brings Answers To DailyStrength
We are very excited to introduce Sharecare Expert Answers to DailyStrength! By incorporating Sharecare's vast database of health Answers from multiple doctors and health organizations, members can find definitive answers to a huge number of health questions. Try it out by clicking on "Expert Answers" in the top menu bar, or in the submenu of any support group. You can view any of the answers provided, or type in one of your own.
Renaming Ask an Experts to Health Blogs By DailyStrength Advisors
Our Ask an Experts section has been renamed to Health Blogs, and our Experts are now titled Advisors, who will still be bringing you the same great content as before. We pride ourselves on the fact that our writers come from a wide spectrum of health, which include mental health therapists, primary care physicians, infertility bloggers, authors, and even paralympic athletes. The move to change over to "Advisors" allows us to expand our reach beyond certified professionals, and welcome people who have been there and have a story to tell.
Links to Recommendations and Advice topics moved under Discussions
We've re-organized some of our Support Group links to help make finding our new Expert Answers feature and other content easier. In doing this we've moved the links for Recommendation and Advice discussion topics underneath the main Discussions link.
Bug Fixes
We've fixed the following bugs in this release:
- The Member Created Groups link issue is fixed, and members should be able to correctly add a link in a group discussion after pressing the Enter key.
- The 80-character limit bug has been fixed, so friend requests can no longer exceed 80-characters regardless of what web browser is used.
- The goals issue relating to the activity feeds has been resolved.

Now that Sharecare is becoming more of a prominent feature, would you please inform them that the search feature is basically non-existent. IF they want any sort of ability for DS users to be able to search for ANYTHING, including Sharecare features, on the site, they need to make it so that:
1. search actually works consistently
2. search doesn't automatically change the spelling, but offers the choice (this is especially important when searching by user ID)
And, most IMPORTANTLY,
3. Results are in some sort of semblance. Currently WHEN we get results, they are in no order whatsoever - NONE. They need to be, at the very least, searchable by date and alphabetically.
