How is this new format helpful?

I find the type face extremely small within a post.


When you hit the more posts button lets say 10 times, read a post, then go back to the posting listings it takes you all the way back to the beginning. Now I'll need to hit the more posts button 11 more times to go back to where I just left off reading to see if there is another topic that interests me. Customer support is awful. Canned responses that have little relevance to the question asked. I think DS needs to go back and read all the customer feedback replies and build a site based on what you used to have. The pld format was a pleasure to use. What you have now is just lacking the intuitiveness of the old site. Change can be good..... but in the case of theses forums, change is just frustrating and awful.

This group has almost 3000 posts, with no easy way to see more than the 12 or so with most recent activity. Previously, if a post on page 14 or 22 interested you, you could click once or twice to get to that page and click once to open a thread on that page.

Now those posts are hidden to us, though indexed by Google.

This layout could make sense if it were true that users only needed to see posts going back two days.
