I struggle with people who have veru different peronalities--when I run into this kind of people I jusr want to hit my head a wall or kust want to run away.

If so - and before I say this I am not even sure if it is working or not - might be a good idea to put them on ignore - if they are really upsetting and being abusive then report them to DS. I know they have a lot to do right now but I think that would would be given a high priority.
Is there a CL who can help in the board?
If it is in a member's group maybe the Founder or one of the admins?
Sometimes it just has to come to the point of walking away and not being around people like that.
Hope that you can find the solution that is right for YOU as no one deserves to be treated in that way.
