This week, DailyStrength is celebrating Men's Health Week! Sponsored by the Men's Health Network (http://www.menshealthnetwork.org/), the purpose of Men's Health Week is to heighten the awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys. I am sure it is appreciated by some all the help you are giving with these articles.

However everything Team DS does or thinks, then goes on my activity wall, on my home page. I have 18 notifications plus 1 affirmation today.
This is frustrating as it pushes my actual friends stuff further down, and harder to find.
I am unable to find a box to untick......You are not on my friendslist Team DS, can we unfriend you, and NOT get these notifications constantly?????

Trina, just remove Team DS from your friends list. That way you can keep your emails coming & the only email it might show up in is in the community update.

I thank everyone for their thoughts on this.

However, Team DS is NOT on my friendslist, so i am unable to remove a non friend.

Also I have always had no emails sent regarding activity, i ticked that along time ago.......i had preferred to just log on and see the activity on my wall.....as it is SUPPOSED to be intended.

Is there another way to avoid this spam??

I have my activity wall set to the friends' tab and thankfully, I haven't seen anything about what TeamDS does there. (Shhhhh, don't tell DS)

I have started seeing the men's heath week ads on the left side of EVERY page. Too bad we women don't get the same attention. Frankly, tho, I'd rather NOT see any ads like this.

MTC, i have my Friends tab clicked too, but alas Team DS seems to think i want to know what its doing.
I agree coogee, its a good message, i just wish i don't have to see evrything Team DS does or thinks, at the expense of my friends.

Trina that is really odd. Like MTC my list is set to friends and I get none of that. at all.
In fact I went through all the tabs on the profile page and I have none of the notifications or affirmations that you are describing, in fact nothing from DS directly at all. Sounds to me like there might be a glitch in the system and perhaps you should send DS a feed back form to sii if they can sort this out for you.

BTW GO THE SOCCEROOS!!!!!!!!!!

I saw a banner for the Mens Health Week today and clicked over to take a look. I like the thought of addressing men's health but it is a little sad that all the articles have to do with either sex drive or being overweight. Seems a little cliche.
