Very moving story and Twice during the video it showed her looking At The Board Format, At All the Posts on the Board, and all the different Threads on the Board, at the Community of People who were dealing with the terrible grief she was, one line at a time "All Together"...I repeat Twice the Board Format was shown in this video. "It takes a village", often not just one person, IMO the "Board Format" was that village of people, simple, visual, welcoming, validating. God Bless Sharon and Bring Back the Boards!♡

I enjoyed meeting Sharon....and her new man Art....gives me hope that after my divorce years ago and now 58yrs old I can meet a life partner still....

I BELIEVE, THIS WEB SITE, AS IT IS RIGHT NOW, WILL NOT SUSTAIN ANYONE. WE HAVE LOST THE VITAL ELEMENT OF COMMUNITY.

I think Sharon's video, is so genuinely heartfelt about her feelings of gratitude for DAILY STRENGTH., there were people there she could get instant support and feel surrounded by
love during her painful grief journey. I also, think, she is showing sadness about the EXTREME CHANGES that have been made.
Please Change things for the better of the COMMUNITY, HERE, and give us something REAL AGAIN! ......IN SPITE OF MY FEELINGS, I MAY STICK IT OUT, FOR NOW.

They have a lot going on. The video needs to be "viewed" outside of the context of the migration. DS will (I really hope) get the bugs fixed, and get the site back to what it used to be. Until then, IDK, we will all have to vent our frustrations as best we can.

It is a beautiful thing Sharon shared and yes, best wishes to her. Her story is heartfelt and I really feel for her.

If you look she is viewing the old format. I am not sure if you are posting videos to show what the capabilities could be because they are older, but either way I cannot believe videos are taking precedence over the people who really need these fixes changed. I wonder if youtube would like to see a member video of the outrage currently being felt here with the cry for changes NOT being made and if they would like to see the privacy issues you are having with journals on display for anyone to read? Having the ability to post a video is the last thing on many peoples mind right now. Is this new site all a market ploy? There is something very wrong here!!!!! Why are you making an advertisement video with the old site? You know, the one that doesn't exist anymore? If you are so proud of this new site, why aren't you using it in your ads? Why are you perpetrating a fraud? Why is TeamDS the only ones that can post a link? I repeat, something is off. It's weird and creepy.

But i did find it interesting that you showed the old format wich we all loved in the video.........if your so proud of this new format (wich by the way if you missed we don't like it!) Why didn't you have her using it? A tad bit hypocritical of you dont you think?

I want to thank those of you for commenting on the video. The video was shot before the new site launched. There is no fraud or misleading. I am not advertising for DS, I am sharing my personal story of losing my husband with the hope that others may be helped as I was helped by members who shared their story with me.
