A member on another group mentioned something I didn't know----- and I don't know if it's 100% pertinent/true or not.
It was said that a person that takes a picture of themselves, their child or pet or.....with their cell phone ---- then their GPS is embedded there and a clever hacker could find their location.
Is that true? From habit I don't put out personal information NOR my pictures but many do.
Not trying to worry people but if it's true, then perhaps some might want to consider not doing that.

Yes .. you are correct, . photos taken with cell phone CAN contain GPS info. Yes .. you can turn it off so that does not happen.
