Well, my name is Kat. I'm 14 years old. I used to cut 2 years ago, but I stopped. Now I started again because of some drama, and I'm trying to stop again. I haven't cut since Valentine's Day of this year. You can say I'm average looking.

Well my parents know, but they kind of blow it off. I've lost quite a few friends that I thought were true friends, but weren't. But I've also gained some true friends. One is even checking up on me all the time and checking me for cuts. It gets a little annoying, but I feel loved. Some people in my locker room know, 'cause well, you can't really hide your cut up legs when you're changing your pants =[. But oh, well.

hi my name is rebecca. i have been cutting for about a year.. i am 13 years old... i also hate when people call other people emo its so stupid! my parents do know i cut and my mom threatened me that if i didnt quit they were going to send me to a counselor and i am afraid of them!

It's nice to meet you rebecca. You shouldn't be afraid of counselors, though. They're very helpful. It feels good to talk to someone about things that are happening in your life.

I'm working on self improvement. I am engaged and I go to college, but I'm supposed to be a Junior in high school I tooky my ged.
I joined this group because it seemed interesting. I know the whole time I was in high school I was teased and messed with about cutting especially because it was a private muslim school. I wish they would've realized that I had feelings too. I felt as if pple think that 'cutters' are human too.

Hi....I am "moonlight". I go by that for safety. I wish I could post my real name, but I was on myspace a couple years ago and some girl from school found out and wrote tons of stuff all over school about me being a freak who cuts herself. Her and her friends were standing around holding their razors in the locker rooms at school and started asking me where they should start cutting to become a "cutter". I am now 19. I have been SI'ing for 13 years.

I'm 16 years old, started cutting at 14. Stopped at the age of 15 but started again... Nobody knows about it, because I hide my scars.
2007 and this year have been really hard for me, but I got accepted into a very good school and I hope things will be better there (I hate the school I'm currently in now...).
I'm the kind of girl who never really talks about herself...I'm very introverted. I read a lot, that's my way of escaping this world. And I'm a huge metal fan, my favourite band is Otep. Their music has saved my life more than once...
