Hi all. I am new here and I would like to introduce myself. I shall go by cdbuddha here but if any are familar with the (en)gender web site, you will know me as ALRO.
I have been what I have come to consider gender fluid for most of my life. I am a 48 year old crossdresser who has been married for 27 years to the same wonderful understanding woman. I have 2 grown children.
I didn't come out to my wife until after we had been married for 20 years, but it was something I felt I had to do regardless of the consequences. I just could not keep it bottled up inside any longer. It caused some harsh feelings but we managed to work through them over time. She still has a slight fear of me wanting to transistion someday but that is not in the cards for me. I am happy being this person.
Like I said, I have been a crossdresser for most of my 48 years but it wasn't until a few years ago I truely became comfortable with the person I am. I pretty much dress gender neutral most of the time. I do wear womens underwear and womens jeans all of the time, but to see me on the street youreally wouldn't take much notice. I have no ambition to try and "pass" because I don't really believe I could ever pull it off. Fromtime to time I love to shave my legs and underarms and do my nails, but for the most part I just like being me and going through life being gender fluid.

hello cdbuddha,it's nice to see new people join this group,although i must admit i'v been very slack and not written for ages! But a wholehearted welcome to you!x i suppose i'v been crossdressing for nearly 30yrs ,first of all experimenting with my mothers clothes and when i got married a few yrs later i jokingly broched the subject with my wife as she got dressed for me ! Next thing i knew she was helping me put her stockings and stuff on,it went well for a while and then i think the whole scenario became to much for her? She was still sort of ok with it but in her words,she didn't like seeing me dressed she wanted a real man !? Anyway i'v now been with my present partner for a bit over 10yrs and she has been marvelously accepting and she used to take me out shopping and we have a lot of fun,but for the main part she likes me to be manly most of the time,which like you i am,i have no desire to be a full time girl or anything!? But it is great finding acceptance,by the way i like your thinking about just being gender fluid ?it's a good turn of phrase! Hi I am also new to this group I started the being of Febuary my wife bought be a dress high heels panties sports bras I having came out to my family or the public I wear nail polish when my son is at school or at his grandmas.
