On those days I stick to soups, and pasta. Just as long as they are easy to digest and have low fibre. It also depends on whether I'm constipated or loose. If constipated I find a glass or two of milk helpful. I'm lucky I can handle lactose. Can anyone else tolerate dairy? It just acts as a stool softener for me.
But, back to food. Why does the good tasting stuff so bad for us?
Too bad it took you a long while to eat strawberries...I LOVE strawberries & strawberry-flavored things so I wouldn't be happy.
I've been drinking a little bit of 7-up with lunch everyday and I haven't had any problems. I don't drink it fast or a lot at once because it causes gas, but I drink Diet 7-up because it's caffeine free.
As far as the colonoscopy prep, I was horrified when I first saw that the liquid laxative sh*t is sold OTC...
