As for ideas for eating....since so many things give you trouble maybe keep a list of foods you can eat vs a list of foods not to eat. The good list would be easier for you at this point. Then stick only to the good food list. Do not eat any foods not on that list.
You say you only eat a small meal once a day. Could you maybe try to eat tiny bits throughout the day? like a bite every hour? Or a bite every half hour? That might get you more food though a day.
If eggs work for you, eat lots of eggs. For a while I ate eggs twice a day. I also ate tuna a lot at one point because that worked for me. I went a long time without eating any sort of fruit or veggy. I am impressed that you can tolerate a multivitamin. I cannot take a multiV without huge stomach pains.
Can you eat rice? Bananas? Peppermint tea was helpful for me for a time when I was really having trouble.
I hope you can start to feel better and that others can give you some ideas also. This site helped me a lot when I was first ill and trying to learn how to live with my illness.
Good luck and best wishes,
Rachel A.
I'll keep you in my prayers, I hope you find some answers and start to feel better soon,
Hugs, Jean
