:( Hoping someone can help me out!
My last prep I had to take 2 ducolox stool softeners the AM before scope. Then I had to mix a big bottle of Miralax (the biggest one of the shelf - sorry I'm too lazy to go look it up) with 64 ounces of Gatorade (not red or purple). I had to drink 8 oz every 15 minutes until gone. MUCH MUCH easier to swallow. End effects EXACTLY the same. Although, I will say this....I made the mistake of chugging the last 16 ounces or so and yeah, not a good idea - I did puke. But I didn't follow directions either.
Have fun! Hope this helps.
When I got my colonoscopy done I had to drink a huge thing of gatorade and I had to mix it with some type of liquid. It didn't taste that bad, but it made me REALLY REALLY full and I just couldn't drink the whole thing. I was able to pick the flavor of gatorade I wanted. I could always call my doctor's office tomorrow and ask what it was to mix with the gatorade.
