What is everyones opinion on this? Just recently, I briefly spoke with a naturopathic doctor in regards to my CD (she lives in VA, as practicing as a naturopath in FL is actualy illegal... makes ya wonder why eh?)... She is been doing her job for more than 15 years, and has worked with people who have CD before.
She told me that she believes Crohn's is caused by a parasite, and that I need to "detoxify." She said it is not genetic (which for me, makes sense, since NO ONE in my family line has any sort of IBD at all). She says it comes from being toxic and parasites. I have an appointment scheduled with her on the 31st, and I can pretty much ask anything I want. I would like to hear everyones thoughts on this, and perhaps suggestions for questions to ask her.
I plan on posting as much of the conversation as I can write down, for all of you to read. It is 1 dollar per minute which isn't bad, and I'm hopeing we can all benefit from it. I'm writing down all my questions in a word document, so feel free to make suggestions.

this is the man who wrote the book, he has a clinic in Canada, wouldn't ya know it...
there is no one in my family either to have any crohns etc either, hmmmm..
let me think about some questions and I'll get back to you.. I think it is great to explore all avenues, good for you Elena!
i think what you're doing is awesome. i believe it's got something to do with what we put into our bodies, not something that just "happens" that only expensive medicine can control. even the standard tests that they do dont test for overload of toxins in general. i cant wait to see how it goes - i hope you keep us updated. if it works, i'll kick in 50 cents a minute = )*
