i go about my day, and just operate without much regards to my UC, just make sure that ialways know where bathrooms are... but today... and every now and then... i just become so afraid... that my gut is going to have to be taken out, about internal bleeding, about crapping my pants... just some days the full weight of the reality of htis disease hits my like a brick shithouse(no pun intended)... and i am scared.
