Hello all,
I've been diagnosed for about a year now with CD. I keep reading about flare ups and remission. My problem is, how do you recognize either one? I seem to just feel generally crappy all the time...not in a way that I cant deal with it, but kind of like general maliase. I'd like to know if I'm in remission or if I'm flaring up, but it seems all the same to me. I have days where I feel worse, and days where I feel better, but no days where I feel normal. Can anyone provide some clarification?

I still have pains here and there and he told me i am not in remission and could be on the brink of a flare up.. usually a flare up for me is horrible pains and lots of trips to the bathroom in a short period of time or a lot over one day...
