i smoked pot every day for 14 years, and quit when i got pregnant. Other than being having wierd dreams for a while, i didn't have any adverse effects from quiting, and i was a heavy user for years. i had symptoms of UC since i was a teenager, but never bleeding, or bad pain, until i quite smoking pot, then my symptoms went crazy and i finally got a diagnosis in my 30's. I have been in near constant flare for the last few years, and have not been smoking pot. i can only assume there is a connection.

Then there were others that were a nightmare, paranoia, annoying or just stressed out. Everyone reacts to it differently. It's like some people fall alseep when they are drunk and others get violent.
