Also, in general, I found that drinking green tea helped settle my stomach and allowed me to eat the soft foods (baked potatoes with cheese were my saving grace) without so much stomach discontent.

Alm- Drinking isn't too bad. I actually already drink Atkins shakes, but I was thinking of looking into a second shake, the nutritional value wouldn't be hugely different, but I figure some variance is better then none. I will try the green tea and see if it helps. Thank you. =)
For me, I eat stuff that I know will go super slow on its way out, stop me up.
