I use ativan, xanax, but now I use klonopin cus its longer acting..

What are you using it for? sleep or anxiety?

Itll help with stress.. but dont get your body dependent on them becuase withdrawals are very hard, and its easy to get addicted to them (benzos), and withdrawals can be dangerous..

If your looking for pain relief, you wont get any with these medicines, just less anxiety stress and itll put you to sleep if you take enough..

They are very addictive. You need to be careful and use them ONLY when having a panic attack. If the directions say take two daily, that doesnt mean take 2 daily. Take up to that amount but skip it if you dont need it. It works good for acute attacks but its a lousy preventative that works less and less the more you use it.

I avoid using mine because it worsens my MS symptoms.

Found out my BP is VERY high and having it taken makes me very anxious. I plan to use it only tests of this type. I am NOT a go to the Dr type of person so this BP thing has hit me really hard. Plus my sugar level was higher than it should be after fasting.I am so used to being the caregiver this isn't going well with me.
