have been researching the role of diet in uc. ive already read books by two people called paul nison and david klein. they both say a vegan diet is the wayh to go.
however there is an australian woman called Jini Patel Thompson who has a site called http://www.listen2yourgut.com/ who offers a more varied diet.
i was wondering does anyone know anything about her and her method. its quite expensive to buy, 79 dollars.

I've got her book, and I follow quite a lot of her advice, but I stop short at buying her products. However, in her book she tells you what to mix up if you don't want to buy / can't find her shake mixes, so that's kinda nice. I personally found her book 'The IBD Remission Diet' very handy and I still refer back to it. There's stuff she says to include that I still just can't eat, so as with anyone's advice, you still gotta do what works for you.
