hi all , i havea qustion .
for how lond does steroid sat inside our body after we stopped taking it . i took for 6 yeas before my surgery . now i make one year after surgery , so is it still inside my body ?
other is there any limitaion of taking steroid ?
my doctore told me to that when i stopped it .but the only medication available here in our country is steroid, so i am worried.

Personally though, I've been taking them for 20 years and am dependant on them now (in the end your adrenal gland stops producing it naturally) I have osteoporosis from them (apparently though I get no symptoms yet) and this is the main risk.
They're NOT the same as anabolic steroids that athletes take either, so don't accept prejudice about that.
