Hi there,
I've been under some pretty serious stress over the last 5 months, and the last month out came the weird chest/rib pain. It moves around, sometimes in my sternum, sometimes in my shoulder blades....comes and goes....very weird. Anyway, just wondering if anyone else can attribute their costo to anxiety they may encounter?
Thanks!
I read that anxiety and stress triggers costco, it's true, after i read that, i noticed it came on when i got real stressed, will give you that feeling of a heart attack or something. Right now, I have it real bad, it's affecting my arm and shoulder blade on one side.
I got this from severe anxiety/stress, i am now on penicillin, anti inflammatorys and strong pain killers, and have been told to rest and try and be stress free.
Hey,
I saw my rhuemy which is the specialist for costco and he told me TRUE COSTCHONDRITIS is RARE, trip on that!!! He said the diagnosis is given out every 5 seconds in the ER but it is rare...hmmm
I dont think its that rare, I mean I'm just barely 20s and I have this from simple stress and sitting at a bad pc chair, if it can happen due to just that, then heck cant be too rare sure lots have stress and possible to much pc time at work.
I deal with panic attacks and anxiety. I was diagnosed with costo two yrs ago. I often wonder if there isn't something worse going on and that maybe I was mis diagnosed.
