Okay, my husband went in for his pre-op for his gall bladder surgery and his EKG came back Abnormal: T-wave abnormal; Anterior Ischemia.
THey didn't seem to pay attention this and his general surgeon who did his gall bladder surgery didn't seem to even know what anything meant. I know this is going to go to his cardiologist.. but I am concerned because one of his grafts had some signs of disease when they put it in but his other three were really good.
He has changed his diet... well we all have as our 2nd son who is 15, 5'10 and 120 pounds of bone and skin has high cholesterol as well that has been deemed heterozygous and genetic. Our diet has changed over the course of a year since he started a diet last year. He still exercises but my main concern is his anger management is just as bad as is his tolerance for the kids/their behavior etc.... any suggestions?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). It is not uncommon for EKGs to look abnormal soon after open heart, and many doctors cannot properly interpret the graphs. It takes time for our hearts and systems to overcome the trauma it's gone through.
I wouldn't panic about the results. Wait and see what his Cardiologist has to say, he knows your husbands history and what to expect.
