Since congestion with COPD, emphysema, allergies, asthma and any airway conditions, cause our exacerbations and flareups, it made sense for me to look up foods that get rid of inflammation. If we have less inflammation in our airways, we could breath better. So I have begun to look up everything I can on foods that lower inflammation and foods that are high in inflammation.
