What do you guys do for charlie horses? DO you get them often? I have the past week.

no brainer..muscles need oxygen..copd people are in short supply hence the cramps.

I am taking advair.
Pickle juice helped.

I was having spasms last night at bedtime and could not keep my left leg still u know like restless leg syndrone I got up and got 2 teaspoons pickle juice and it didnt take long I was asleep after that so I guess I give it 2 thumbs up!!!

I drink a lot of bourbon for mine and they turn into Good Time Charlie Horses.

So far I always get cramps in my legs and feet, I just place them flat on the cold floor and it goes away.
