Yosemite Fire

Ugh, the Yosemite Fire, I think they're calling it the rim fire, is definitely affecting my breathing today. Guess I'll be staying indoors.

My husband has done lots of surveying in the area of the fire. Campsites and homes have been evacuated and some burned down. Pretty scary. Feeling lots of sympathy for those more affected than me. And feeling happy that at least I am in my own home.

Dee, I for one am glad your safe, and yes by all means stay inside as much as possible. Being outside near a fire and especially one of this magnitude would be nothing but terrible for you. Please take care and know we are thinking of you and for your continued safety. Bill

Thank you my dear friend. I feel safe for now. Just taking a day, you know, when you kinda have to break from the rest of the world and just breathe. So, watching a show on Netflix. I love period pieces, is that what they're called? So the Borgias it is. Bob hooked me up. Taking full advantage this morning. Hugs to my buddy.

Oh, my...yes, stay in and safe. It drives me crazy when someone in the neighborhood has a pit fire, so I can't imagine having to be near a forest fire. Let's hope they get the fire out soon, and that everyone stays safe. Always so scary...

Dee, I am also glad you are safe and stay away from the smoke as much as possible. Have they been contained yet? I'm glad you didn't have to evacuate and feel for everyone who's lost homes. Stay safe.
