thanks guys for all your helpful input -
I now have a helios plus portable which I fill from a reservoir (large tank).

At night I've been using the large reservoir to run 1 lpm throughout the night.

I hope I am doing this right - should I need anything else?

Hi Roe, Sounds like you are doing it right to me! The question is are you doing better now that you have it? How is it going out in public with the little Helios portable? Are you smiling and saying Hi? How long is your portable lasting? Let us know what's going on. I'm curious... :)

And I think you will find things along the way to make your life with this disease a little easier. Make sure you let us know.

If you can afford it you really should have an oximeterr if you dont have one. I live at 6000 ft and go to 5000 regularly. there is quite a difference in my oxygen requirements in the different place, also depending on what I'm doing ie walking, cleaning etc, the requirement varies a lot. I also have liquid oxygen and a big tank reservoir. I have heard that if one moves to a lower altitude, one adapts to it and you end up in the place. Roger
